She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Cushwa; her sons, Donald L. Cushwa and Jeffrey A. Cushwa; her granddaughter Ashley M. Gardner of Martinsburg, WV; and her siblings, Terry Zeger (Shirley, Richard Zeger), James Zeger (Jennifer), Judie Zeger Harper and Sue Zeger Weir (Donnie).
