She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Miller and Grace V. Miller; and her son John H. Miller. She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Moats, Sr.; and her children, Melissa Smith and Charles Moats, Jr.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
