It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelson Lee Harbaugh (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond Harbaugh and Lucretia Lorraine Harbaugh (Myers); his sister Joan L. Forsyth; and his grandson Travis L. McCusker. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Frances Harbaugh (Kail) of Hagerstown; his children, David Lee Harbaugh (Lura McCormick) of Hagerstown, Carol Ann Taylor (Brent) of Cearfoss and Kathy Sue Harbaugh (Ray Oberg) of Hagerstown; his sister Darlene L. Crandell of The Villages, FL; his grandchildren, David Lee Harbaugh II (Rachel), Troy A. McCusker and Amy M. Harbaugh; and his great grandchildren, Ben, Katie and Damian Harbaugh.
