Adkins (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on May 10, 2020, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lloyd Adkins of Hamlin, WV and Barbara June Adkins (Richards) of Hagerstown. He is survived by: his stepfather Zane L. Metzer, Sr.; his son Ronnie Dio Adkins of Salisbury, MD; his siblings, Clifford Adkins (Wendy Snyder) of Hagerstown and Dorothy Kay Hager (Johnathan) of Clothier, WV; and also Lexi Lou Lou. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
