She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Franklin Grove and Lucy Gray Grove; her brothers, Charles R. Grove and John F. Grove; and her stepbrother Milton Kershner.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Garvin (Paul), James Lapole (Adra), Charles "Pete" Lapole (Holly) and David Lapole (Gina); and her brother James Grove (Ruth). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren.
