We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2023, at the age of 76, Millard Ramsey Robey of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Olney, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Millard and Ella Dorothy Burriss Robey; his children, Millard Robey Jr. and Leighann Robey; his grandson BJ; his siblings, Jane, Jeraldine, Carol Jean, Patsy, Douglas and Richard Robey; and his former wife Linda.

He is survived by: his close friend Cathy Baker; his daughter Melinda Foster (Jay); and his brother Stanley Robey Sr.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a flock of nieces and nephews.
