She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bernie Teague and Julia Catherine Teague (Yarbrough); and her husband Charles Hammond Forsythe. She is survived by: her daughters, Judith Catherine Myers, Linda Gail Chaney (Raymond), Sylvia Faye Pecht and Helen Eyvonne Stahl (Robert); her siblings, Eloise Bryon and James Jordan; and her grandchildren, Tammy, Terry, Tracy, Trudy, Ray, Shelly, Marty, Kristi, Tony, Raymond, Steve, Trish and Katie. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
