It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Moore of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Moore to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry J. Moore and Marion Moore (Tulloch); his siblings, Christopher, Richard, Sheila Glenn and Diane Wilhelm; and his sister-in-law Dr. Barbara Aymeloglu.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore (Gazze); his sons, Stephen Moore (Christy) of Fredericksburg, VA and Dr. Douglas Moore (Paula) of Boonsboro, MD; his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Whittaker (Jacob) of Fredericksburg, VA, Kelsey (Thomas), Lauren Moore (Luke) of Boonsboro, MD, Kyle and Sean Moore of Fredericksburg, VA; his great grandchildren, Emilia and Edmond Whittaker; his siblings-in-law, David Glenn of McConnellsburg, PA, Dr. Simeon Aymeloglu of Frisco, TX and Fran Nimeck (Maxwell); and his close friend Wendy Moore Edmond of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
