He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilma Lea Payne DeLawter of St. James, MD and Claude Enis DeLawter; his wife Vicky D. Stottler DeLawter; his stepchildren, Holly Duffey (Sean) of Ellicott City, MD and Tannen Smith of Hagerstown, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Eilish Duffey of Ellicott City, MD and Sagan Duffey of Ellicott City, MD; and his sister Jackie Nalley of Williamsport, MD.
