He was predeceased by: his former wife Linda Lafferty (Shipley). He is survived by: his parents, Kenton Lafferty and Bernice Lafferty (Houser); his fiancé MaryJo Barger (Chilcote); his stepsons, Dan Kuczinski (Julie), David Hoskins (Dawn) and Michael Kuczinski; and his siblings, Norma Jean Harsh (Lafferty), Randy Lafferty (Judy) and Scott Lafferty. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
