He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elizabeth Kemunto Nyairo; and his aunts and uncles, Geoffrey, Nyambane, Nyogari, Evans, Douglas and Tom.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Mecha and Lilian Nyairo; his brothers, Brian Nyakundi, Dalton Nyakundi and David Nyakundi; his grandparents, Yukabeth Nyasuguta Mecha, Francis Mecha Osoro and Johnson Omwena Nyairo; his aunts and uncles, George, Millicent, Caroline, Kalyster, Concepta, Bwari, Dorothy, Caren, Dr. Newton, Franklin, Gichaba and Bosire; and his cousins, Denis, Diana, Ziphora, Bwari and Tommy. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Hagerstown Seventh-Day Adventist Church (11507 Robinwood Dr, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
