She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sylvester Keyes and Mary Virginia Keyes (Snively); her husband Charles Dale Rideout; and her siblings, May Elizabeth Smith, Gussie Ellen Keyes, Frank Melvin Keyes, Jr., Kenneth Keyes, Reginald Keyes and Vincent Keyes.
She is survived by: her children, Kim M. Rideout of Hagerstown, MD, Tina L. Turner of Hagerstown, MD, Lisa A. Magruder of Hagerstown, MD, Charles Dale Rideout, Jr. (Phyllis) of Blythewood, SC, Michael Leroy Rideout (Joy) of San Diego, CA, Derrick Lynn Rideout of Frederick, MD and Todd Vincent Rideout of Hagerstown, MD; her brother Russell Keyes (June) of Hagerstown, MD; and her godson Andre Kidrick of Inwood, WV. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
