She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Moore and Mary Alice Hawbaker (Birker); her son-in-law Steven D. Pogue; and her granddaughter Samantha Pogue. She is survived by: her husband Larry H. Blair of Hagerstown; her daughter Mary Alice Pogue of Hagerstown, MD; her siblings, Ethel May Mills of Halfway, Norma Jean Myers of Hagerstown and David Leroy Hawbaker of Greencastle, PA; and her grandchildren, Angela and Levi Pogue. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
