She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Sherwood and Dorothy Arlene Zinn (Jay); and her siblings, Melissa Jane Shaw and Jeff Zinn. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth H. Landis; her brothers, Lawrence J. Zinn (Patricia), Tim Zinn (Carrie) and Barry Zinn (Melissa); and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Hinman, Zach Zinn, Derek Zinn, Jadin Zinn, Myranda Zinn, Kayla Fluke, Elizabeth Lynch, Marissa Zinn, Adam Zinn and Crystal Zinn.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley Assembly of God (17544 York Rd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery.
