She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Alston Bailey and Emily Jane Bailey Myers (Parrill); her husband Paul Henry Twigg, Sr.; her sons, Paul Twigg and William Dean Twigg; and her siblings, Marshall Bailey, Bernard Bailey, Bryan Bailey, Clarence Bailey and Sonya Bailey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Celinda Jane Key of Polk City, FL, Fannie Mae Stull of Greencastle, PA, Rosetta Ann Palmer (Dennis) of Boonesboro, MD and Betty Lorraine Palmer (Raymond) of Williamsport, MD; and her brothers, Preston Bailey of New York and Dale Bailey of Martinsburg, WV. She is also survived by Twelve grandchildren, And a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
