Churchey (Debra) of Falling Waters, WV; her granddaughters, Brandi L. Pine (Sherry) and Ashley M. Lady (Todd); her great grandchildren, Colby A. Pine and Seth A. Lady; her pet Zoey; her niece Candy Clark; and her nephew Steven Brown.
