She is survived by: her children, Steven Lee Bowers (Linda) of Clear Spring, MD and Kelly Anne Blacksten (Doug) of Union Bridge, MD; her siblings, Carl A. Loughridge of Colliers, WV and Lorraine Myers of Annapolis, MD; and her grandchildren, Cody, Eric, Daniel, Nikki, Grace (Lydia) and Elizabeth (Brandon).
