She was predeceased by: her parent Shirley A. Montgomery Fisher; and her sisters, Brenda Snowberger and Janet Hartman. She is survived by: her father Donald O. Sylvia of Winchester; and her daughters, Angela, Jessi Dews of Hagerstown, Stephanie Rhodes (Steven) of Alaska and Neisha Sylvia of Hagerstown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
