It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Linda Kay Sowers Henry (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Ray and Edna Gail Sowers (Heckman); her siblings, Robert Sowers and Louise Palmer; and her grandson Joshua Henry.
She is survived by: her friends, Jim, Linda Barnhart, Ed, Liz Reese, Cheryl, Jeff South, Don and Bonnie Kendrick; her husband Bill; her daughter Jodi Shoop (David); her stepson Doug Henry; her sister Jean Carbaugh; and also, Bill and Lois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandsons, and great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 1050 Industrial Blvd., Ste. 3, Cumberland, MD 21502.
