She was predeceased by: her parents, John Donald and Eris June Norvell (Day); her daughter Kimberly Harp (Wilson); and her sister Wanda Poffenberger. She is survived by: her siblings, Judith Ann Small and John Donald Norvell Jr.. She is also survived by niece, many nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
