He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon E. Purdham, Sr. and Mary Purdham (Miller); his wife Phyllis Arlene Purdham (Miller); and his sisters, Mary Ann Moats and Joyce E. Lane.
He is survived by: his children, William F. Krumpe, Jr. of Washington County, Stephen C. Krumpe of Platteville, WI, Judy A. Bullock of Martinsburg, WV, Susan Y. Grove of Hagerstown and Patricia A. Purdham of Hagerstown. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Leon's name to Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
