He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Lavender, Sr. and Mary Marlowe Lavender; and his granddaughter Tylesa Lavender. He is survived by: his siblings, Gwen McDuffie (David) of Orange Bend and Frank A. Lavender, Jr. (Yolanda) of Louisville; his sons, Brandon of Winchester, VA, Cornell of West and Lee Lavender of Raleigh, N. C.; his grandchildren, Jordan of Hagerstown, Legend of Winchester, Tierston and Ava; his great grandchild Ridley; his nephew Rev. Joe Fowlkes; and his pet Pound. He is also survived by many other friends who have become extended family.
