With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Wayne Foster of Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Charles S. Foster, Jr.; and his siblings, Kenneth L. Foster, James E. Foster and Evelyn L. Ring. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy J. Foster; and his sisters, Donna K. Seifarth (Randy) of York, PA and Regina L. Keller (Curtis) of Clear Spring, MD. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, which Larry regularly supported.
