She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Albertus and Bessie Albertha Schuyler Souders; her husband Grover Linwood Shepherd; and her siblings, Ethel L. Moore, Dorothy M. Souders, Naomi L. Ensminger, Paul A. Souders, Earl L. Souders and Calvin A. Souders.
She is survived by: her son Terry Linwood Shepherd (Diana); her granddaughter Stephanie Shepherd Ragland; and her niece Carol Ann Wagman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
