He is survived by: his parents, Keni Melby, Jr. (Kerri) and Tina Pasciak (McGinely); his wife Amber Bernhisel; his children, Walter, Pearce and Diana; his siblings, Tristan Pasciak, JP Melby (Sarah), Hilary Flaherty (Thomas) and Natalie Melby; and his grandparents, Judy Straub and Kenneth Melby, Sr. (Gloria).
