With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Alton Bladen of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Capitol Heights, Maryland, who passed away on November 1, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kenneth departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kenneth. Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin M. Bladen and Violet V. Bladen (Huntt); his wife Edna Bladen; and his brothers, Calvin Bladen (Buddy) and Lloyd Bladen.
He is survived by: his children, Gary C. Bladen (Sharon) of Hamilton, MT, Wayne S. Bladen (Barbara) of Myersville, MD and Holly V. Wallace (Brian) of Walkersville, MD. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
