She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo O'Baker and Bessie Mae Knapp O'Baker; her husband Charles Clary Sullivan, Sr. of Cumberland, MD; and her siblings, Betty Logsdon, Reba Doris Hull and Jackie, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Sullivan (Joan), Patricia McDowell (Pawnie) and Michael Sullivan (Maribel). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
