We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Julie Lee Miller (Hagerstown, Maryland), born in Morgantown, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Julia Alma Miller. She is survived by: her sisters, Carlotta Budd and Judith Miller; and her nephews, James, Robert and Charles Budd. She is also survived by two great nephews and two great nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to John Wesley United Methodist Church.
