She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Sylvester Messinger and Mabel Myers Messinger; and her siblings, Lucille Josephson (Rich) and Homer "Pete" Messinger. She is survived by: her son Ronald J. Wood (Karen); her grandson Jeremy J. Wood (Catie); and her great grandchildren, Michael J. Wood, Tyler L. Wood and Savannah G. Wood.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Minnich Funeral Home (415 E Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
