With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josette Sue Carpegna of Hagerstown, Maryland, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Leroy Appel and Maryann Evans Appel; her husband Paul Carpegna; and her sister Margie Dentler. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Dattilio (Mario); her stepgrandsons, Matthew and Nicholas Dattilio; her sisters, Brenda Burke (Rod), Sandy Corsi and Rhonda Swanger; her brother-in-law Sam Carpegna; and her pet Blue. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
