He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Henry and Nora Catherine Weaver (Harbaugh); his wife Margaret "Peggy" Lee Weaver; and his son Bernard "Bernie" Weaver. He is survived by: his daughters, Malinda McGary (Gere Emerson) and Cyndi Egolf (Darrell); and his grandchildren, Katie Douglas, Tiffany Egolf, Bubby Egolf and Evan Egolf. He is also survived by five great-grandsons.
