We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2019, at the age of 87, Joseph Franklin Trovinger (Hagerstown, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Earl and Ruth Naomi Trovinger (Boyer); and his sister Juanita Moats. He is survived by: his wife Donna Trovinger; his daughter Catherine Scuffins (Galen); his grandchildren, Laura Connelly (Eamon) and Brandon Scuffins (Julie); and his great grandchildren, Phillip, Joseph Scuffins and Evelyn Connelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
