John Rhine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard W. Williams and Ruby Opal Williams (Smith); his former wife Brenda K. Williams; his brother James Thomas Williams; and his niece Debra Rae Hettick.
He is survived by: his son John R. Williams, Jr.; his wife Jeanette; his granddaughter Brittany Williams; and his siblings, Ellalouise Ewayna Balfour (Robert), Lois Anna Jones, Pamela Lynn Williams, Shirley Renee Lopez (John), Sheila Rae Modlin, Omer Phillip Williams and Homer Ralph Williams.
