He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Morgan and Mary Morgan; his half-brother Russell Martin; and his brothers, Kenneth, Bruce and Bobby Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Morgan of Falling Waters, WV; his children, Jim Morgan (Chanley), Tommy Morgan, Bill Morgan (Michelle), Michelle Sprecher and Lindsay Keller (Jason); his grandchildren, Margaret Ann Macloud (Brandon), Sydney Shepherd, Clayton Morgan, Quentin Rudy (Michelle), Audrey Morgan, Mallorie Rudy and Jarrett Keller; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer Rudy and Rhett Rudy.
