He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Harold and Esther May Miner (Boppe); and his brother Harold C. Miner. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Miner (Longnecker); his daughters, Dolly L. Foster (Robert), Tracy L. Miner, Michelle R. Miner, Maureen R. Baker (Scott) and Wynn A. Churchey (Ronald); his brother Stanley R. Miner (Betty); and his granddaughters, Blair Baker, Megan Ernst, Jessica Foster, Lauren Foster, Jordan Leone and Sydney Gardner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Osborne Funeral Home (425 S Conococheague St, Williamsport, MD 21795). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Blair's Valley Cemetery.
