He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna Carleta Fouke (Shrader); and his siblings, Charles Preston Fouke, Jr., Richard Eugene Fouke, Sr. and Mary Virginia Harman. He is survived by: his children, Belinda Samples and Preston Fouke; his daughter-in-law Jackie Fouke; his brother Nevin Fouke; his sister-in-law Bonnie Fouke; and his friend Mike Raigner. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in John's name to Doey's House, Hospice of Washington County, 747 Northern Ave., Hagerstown, MD 21742.
