He was predeceased by : his parents, John Marsh Pereschuk and Pauline Dutrow Pereschuk; and his siblings, Harold Pereschuk, Merrill Pereschuk, Kenneth Pereschuk, Woodrow Hawkins, Larry Pereschuk.
He is survived by : his daughters, Beverly Pereschuk, Teresa Pereschuk (Donald Smith), Cynthia Foore (Robert) and Denise Bingaman (Eric); his grandchildren, Carrie Stozek, Kayla Trout (Devin), Robert Foore, Benjamin Foore and Amelia Foore; his great grandchild Sophia Trout; his siblings, Arthur "Butch" Pereschuk (Sonja), Aleta Irving, Earl Pereschuk (Krista), Don Pereschuk (Jessie), Edwin "Cliff" Pereschuk (Bonnie), Gary Pereschuk (Jane), Robert Pereschuk (Kelli) and Thomas Pereschuk (Patty); and his siblings-in-law, Millard "Gene" Stone, Hyo Chung "Skipper" Pereschuk and Shirley Pereschuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
