He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Chabot and Christine Chabot (Hager); and his siblings, Agnes Passapae, Rita Lavin, Alma Harvey, Bernard Chabot, Leo Chabot and Richard Chabot.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Bryant Chabot; his daughters, Janine Atwood (Phil) of Staunton, VA and Laura O'Neill of Waynesboro, VA; his siblings, Patricia Tase of Orlando, FL and Thomas Chabot (Delores) of Eckhart Mines, MD; his grandchildren, Peter Horsley of Richmond, VA and Christina Horsley of Harrisonburg, VA; and his sister-in-law Patty Joyner (Clifton) of Winton, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
