He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Reynolds, Sr. and Mildred B. Reynolds (Beard). He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Reynolds of Hagerstown, Sandra Duffey of Hagerstown, Vicki Reid of Halfway and Brenda Ritchick of Clear Spring.
