He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Penner and Hazel Penner (Poffenberger); and his siblings, William (Penner), Ruth (Fleagle) and Margaret Jane (Brewbaker).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Penner (Divelbiss); his daughter Pamela (Duchateau); his son-in-law Dean; his granddaughter Jennifer (Frank); and his great grandchild Bodhi.
