He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Helen Butts, Jimmy and Gloria Lewis; and his uncles, Richard Cramer and Donald Wade Butts.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Lewis and Carol; his son Bradley Jacob; his sister Amy Cunningham; and his nephews, Jacob and Clay Cunningham (Lindsay Miller).
