With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Stout (Hagerstown, Maryland), who passed away on October 22, 2019 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Stout to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar Stout and Grace Stout (Carlisle); and his sisters, Eleanor Jean Baker and Donna M. Poplin. He is survived by: his wife Dorothie Elizabeth Stout; his sons, Gregory W. Stout (Joseph) of Seminole, FL, Terry L. Stout (Gail) of New Freedom, PA and Douglas B. Stout (Priscilla) of Hagerstown, MD; and his brother Preston L. Stout of Kissimmee, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in memory of Jim to Hospice of Washington County 747 Northern Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21742.
