He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fraley and Mary Fraley (Stitely); his uncles, Norman, James, Robert and William Stitely; and his aunt Lois Riffle.

He is survived by: his pet Zoie; his wife Deborah Ann Fraley; his children, Jamie Robinson (Andrew), Cathey Sanders (Shane), Gene, Linda, Stacy, Phil and Liz; his brother Richard Fraley (Bonnie); his half-brother Donald Stitely (Georgette); his aunts, Beatrice, Lorraine and Ruth; and his mother-in-law Betty. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren.
