He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Gossard and Helen L. Gossard (Mongan); his wife Helen Irene Gossard (Harshman); and his sister Carole Parks. He is survived by: his children, James B. Gossard, Jr. (Wilma) and Cindy S. Sensenbaugh (Leroy); his grandchildren, James B. Gossard III (Krysten) and Megan N. Sensenbaugh; his brother Terry W. Gossard, Sr. (Judy); and his brother-in-law Joseph Parks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Cemetery (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
