He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Louise (Densmore) and John Leonard Winters, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Connie Winters; his daughters, Jacquelyn Winters Lida (David) and Melissa Winters Baer (Loren); his grandchildren, Amanda Winters, Tina Lida and Dalton Baer; his great grandchildren, Brycen Winters, Raiden Winters and Olivia Dailey; his sister Joan Sigler (Charles Sigler Sr.); and his nieces and nephews, Karen, David Goldstein, Ed and Danette Sigler.
