He is survived by: his wife Christina Carmella Garvin; his children, Catherine H. Clever Cramer (Curtis) of Shippensburg, PA, Glenn "Tony" Clever of Mercersburg, PA, Jeff L. Garvin and Kyle E. Garvin (Kari) of Falbrook, CA; his grandchildren, Andrew E. Cramer (Alicia) of Shippensburg, PA, Jeffry L. Garvin (Jamie), Jeremiah Spangler of Hagerstown, MD, Jennifer A. Cramer, Gwenda Garvin, Heather Garvin, Angie Garvin, Alexa Garvin, Sarah Spangler of Hagerstown, MD and Keira Garvin; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Simes, Elijah Garvin, Braden Wilkey, Ashanti Garvin, Mackenzie Garvin and Brynna Garvin.
