Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Horace leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darris Mae (Lehman) and Horace A. Bailey, Sr.; his wife Joann Bailey; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Julie Plummer (Jay) and Brent Bailey (Deanna) of Williamsport, MD; his grandchildren, Erin Plummer of Indialantic Beach, Erica Bailey of Longmont and Matt Bailey (Gaby) of San Diego; and his sister Betsy Stone. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many close friends.
