He is survived by: his wife Frances V. Bowers (Reynolds); his stepchildren, Denny Finfrock (Susan) of Chesterfield and Robin McCauley (David) of Hollywood; his siblings, George "Gene" Bowers (Helen) of Hagerstown, Paul Bowers (Rosalie) of Clear Spring and Sharon Steele (Larry) of Falling Waters, W. V; his stepgrandchildren, Matt McCauley (Kim) of Leonardtown, Joe Finfrock (Sara) of Chesterfield and Andee Finfrock of Chesterfield; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Maddie, Abby, Lilly and Ace of Leonardtown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
