He was predeceased by: his parent Leonard Worthington. He is survived by: his parent Helen Ditmer Worthington; his wife Penny Worthington; his sons, Kent Worthington (Katherine) of Martinsburg, WV and Chase Worthington of Hagerstown; his siblings, Sharon Drawbaugh (John) of Charlotte, NC and Leonard Worthington, Jr.; his wife Sue of Yorktown, VA; and his granddaughter Vivian Elizabeth Worthington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
