He is survived by: his spouse Avis Mary Liberty of Troy, N. Y.; his children, David P. Lewis of Funkstown, Catherine T. Hallam of Ellicott City and Cynthia A. Schiada of Sacramento; and his brother Donald Lewis of Lillian, Ala. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
